The 2001-05-02 Amendment to the Covenants, which clarifies OPPOA membership and dues requirements, is available HERE.
The 2000-01-01 Amendment to the Covenants is the latest and is available HERE.
Refer to the Owner's Manual Page to find a brief synopsis of some of the covenants which cover the most frequently asked questions.
Note - The Covenants Committee is currently in the process of bringing these covenants up to date so that they are in compliance with the North Carolina Planned Community Act. We will be posting the amended version as soon as they are finished and passed by the Olde Point Residents.
