HARBOR VILLAGE YACHT CLUB
Boating is a large part of living in Coastal North Carolina and Olde Point is no exception. The Harbor Village Yacht Club was established at the same time as the community. While Club membership offers many benefits, property owners at Olde Point may enjoy limited use of these facilities.
Located on the Intracoastal Waterway behind Topsail Island, the Club has access to some of the best fishing and recreational boating on the East Coast. Property owners may have use of the ramp for an annual fee of $145. Vessels and trailers must be currently registered in North Carolina to property owners in Olde Point and must display the stickers issued by the Yacht Club.
Also on the property are a limited number of dry slips. These slips may be leased on an annual basis, but there is a waiting list and Yacht Club members go to the head of the line.
